1. What's the difference between your fitness app and personal training?
With personal training you will receive custom workouts tailored to your individual needs and specific goals, as well as regular check-ins with me (phone call or face time) to hold you accountable and ensure that our plan is working.

My app is based on the same training principles I use. Whereas when you're my client, we will use whatever training principles that YOU NEED to help you reach your specific goals as fast as possible.
2. What services do you offer?
I can help you build strength, increase endurance, gain mobility and injury resistance, as well as lose weight, look and feel good. It just depends on your individual goals.

We'll also make it work with your schedule. We'll discuss when you are going to train and what you are going to do, and make sure the workouts not only move you towards your goals, but fit into your busy schedule, your access to equipment, and current fitness level. When adjustments need to be made, we will make them, and keep moving forward.

Through this process you will increase your knowledge of health and fitness and form lasting habits that will serve you for years to come, which is precisely what I want.

I want this to become second nature to you. I want you to excel in life, fitness, and any sport you chose to participate in. I want you to move well, look and feel good. And eventually, I want you to be able to do this without me. That's when I know I've done my job.
3. Do you only train runners?
NO! My training is for anyone who wants to improve their fitness, move better, look and feel great.

I enjoy running, but it's OK if you don't. There are plenty of other ways we can reach your goals.

4. How much does it cost?
Cost will depend on your needs. Generally, I only accept clients who are willing and able to commit to at least 3 months of training to ensure that we can make meaningful progress towards their goals.

Before law school sucked the fun out of me I was a successful personal trainer in the Orlando, FL area. I helped hundreds of people, at all different fitness levels (soccer moms to elite athletes), achieve their fitness goals and learn how to live healthy and active lifestyles. This includes individual training, small group training, and large classes. Now I'm utilizing those same techniques combined with technology help even more people through online training.
